Multiple refrigerators stocked with drinks, a great espresso machine, and Grayson the property manager is absolutely lovely. A great option for a small business or professional.

Our team does quarterly strategy meetings and we've enjoyed a couple of different Thrive locations for booking conference rooms. The Duluth location has a great layout and lots of restaurants nearby. The community manager Grayson provided a great experience. We will definitely be using Thrive Duluth again.

I've been a member of Thrive for a couple of years since starting my business, and they are great. The spaces are phenomenal, great location, with parking. Clay is incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, and the price is great. They are also a part of the League of Extraordinary CoWorking Spaces, which gives you access to spaces around the country, and I have taken advantage of that when I travel. But the Greeensboro space is beautiful! So much so that I had a brand photo shoot there, and was almost upstaged by the gorgeous setting. (Sorry all the pics are of me, but it was a brand shoot! Really happy with Thrive, I don’t think there’s a better value in co-working memberships. If you live in the NE Metro Atlanta area and need a WFH space outside the home then it’s a no brainer. Each location I’ve been to (Duluth, Suwannee, Gainesville) has so much personality, they’re vibrant but not loud, allowing focused work that doesn’t feel isolated. I like how each of them are in walkable spaces with lots of places to go to and break up the day. They’re run by people who know and recognize you and who are sincerely committed to creating a great work environment and community (shout out Marianna, Kelcie, Adaggia and Phoebe!!!)

What's the difference between an open desk and a dedicated desk?
An open (hot) desk lets you use any available seat whenever you come in, great for flexible schedules. A dedicated desk is a specific desk reserved just for you, so you can leave a monitor and settle in. Both include full access to amenities and the community.
Do you offer 24/7 access?
Yes. THRIVE coworking members get secure 24/7/365 access at their location, so you can work whenever suits you.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Coworking memberships are flexible and month-to-month, with no long-term lease and no big down payment. You can adjust or cancel as your needs change.
