Coworking & Private Office Space in Gainesville, GA

Really happy with Thrive, I don’t think there’s a better value in co-working memberships. If you live in the NE Metro Atlanta area and need a WFH space outside the home then it’s a no brainer. Each location I’ve been to (Duluth, Suwannee, Gainesville) has so much personality, they’re vibrant but not loud, allowing focused work that doesn’t feel isolated. I like how each of them are in walkable spaces with lots of places to go to and break up the day. They’re run by people who know and recognize you and who are sincerely committed to creating a great work environment and community (shout out Marianna, Kelcie, Adaggia and Phoebe!!!)

THRIVE | Cowork is such an amazing place to get work done - especially for me. I work from home and there are days I need to leave the home office, but maintain productivity. I am more than able to do that here. Fast internet, clean facilities and well-supplied with coffee and snacks. There is also the unexpected benefit of being able to network with local business leaders. I really enjoy it.

What a cozy, fun place to work! I love the atmosphere and sense of community. Amazing views of the square from upstairs and plenty of private areas when needed.

I had an excellent experience at Thrive Coworking in Gainesville. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and productive environment. The décor is modern and inviting, and the workspace is quiet and well maintained. The amenities were outstanding, including great coffee, tea, and snacks that made my workday even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, Thrive provides everything you need for a productive and enjoyable work experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality coworking space in Gainesville.

I've been a member at Thrive for a few years now and I couldn't be more happy with the place! It's always clean, well equipped, and full of life. That starts at the front door with Marianna, who knows everyone's name and is always so welcoming. She keeps the place stocked with drinks and snacks and I don't think there could be a problem here that she can't handle. The location on the square is great and easily accessible. Pro Tip: Being a member means always having easy access to a clean/low traffic bathroom when you're out on the square for First Friday or other events. If you're looking for a place to get some work done or meet new folks, I can't imagine a coworking space being any better!

Marianna is the best! Always kind and always helpful. The offices are very nice. There sre several conference rooms available. They serve lunch occasionally. Great place to work!

We loved our time at Thrive! We were in town for the summer and got 2 coworking memberships. The space is beautiful. Everything is exceptionally clean and well-kept, there are many seating options, with natural light streaming through the windows. I like to stand during the workday so I appreciated the ledges against the windows where I could easily sit/stand throughout the day. Mariana, the manager, is so friendly and helpful. She is a warm and welcoming presence to all. The members are too, and it's a lovely community overall. This is a perfect spot to be super productive, meet some nice people, and feel great about your workday when you leave. I highly recommend joining!!

This was an awesome place to get my work done for my time in Gainesville. I really appreciated Marianna and her upbeat attitude! I’ll miss it for sure.

Thrive is a great place to work, love coming in every day!! Perfect location right on the square and great community to be a part of.

Thrive Gainesville has been exactly the office environment I needed for my business! Great building and workspace and the best community manager around!

Best work atmosphere and people around! Love the coworking space, endless coffee and the community!

I’ve been working at THRIVE Coworking in Gainesville for the past nine months, and it's been a great experience. The space is well-maintained, comfortable, and has everything you need to be productive -- fast WiFi, plenty of workspace options, and good coffee. What I appreciate most is that it feels like a real office environment, with a mix of professionals from different industries. It's not just a typical coworking space -- it's a place where people are actually getting work done. The atmosphere is professional yet welcoming, and Marianna is always helpful. If you're looking for a reliable, well-run coworking space, THRIVE is worth checking out.

Our company has been part of the Thrive Coworking community in Gainesville for nearly a year and a half, and the experience has been fantastic! The collaborative environment has significantly boosted our productivity, and we love it so much that we decided to lease an additional office as we expand. Marianna is an outstanding community manager who goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She organizes a variety of events, from breakfasts and lunches to surprise gatherings, fostering a strong sense of community. She truly cares about each member and ensures that all our needs are met. Working from Thrive has completely changed my workflow for the better. Inspiring environment, kind folks, and just the perfect space for a freelancer or remote worker to make it happen!

It's the best place to focus on work and school!

I love the atmosphere and the people are great. It is a great place to work if you are looking for office space or want to have interactions with other humans in you remote job

We love the Thrive office for our expanding team! The building is beautiful inside and out, the people are friendly, and there's always something going on. Marianna is an added bonus, always a friendly face when we walk in!

Absolutely beautiful space at the Gainesville Thrive location! I was seeking a quiet spot to study on a regular basis, and Thrive offers a cozy, clean, and elevated environment to work. The Community Manager, Marianna, is an absolute gem of a human -- always going above and beyond to make sure all members and guests are comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a place to work efficiently and comfortably!

Update 10/28/25 - we are still at Thrive Gainesville and my original review is still accurate! We have been at Thrive since they opened earlier this year and we've been pleased with our experience. Great atmosphere, convenient location and plenty of opportunities for interacting with the other members. It has been fun having a monthly breakfast, lunch & happy hour!

Thrive is absolutely the best space to get an office! Being in a place where you feel like it’s a real community breathes life into your business. The amenities are always a huge bonus too! There’s no way we could have gotten a brick and mortar office for the price and been as happy as we were working at Thrive. Couldn’t recommend them more!
