I recently visited Thrive Coworking, and I absolutely loved it! The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating an environment that’s both peaceful and inspiring. There are plenty of comfortable areas to set up your workspace, whether you’re looking for a quiet corner or a more open, collaborative vibe. It’s perfect for getting focused work done. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a flexible and welcoming workspace!

This is a fantastic place to work! The space is modern, elegant, and has a great atmosphere. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Duluth’s downtown, with plenty of restaurants nearby and spots to take a relaxing walk.
The property manager is incredibly kind and always goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. If you’re looking for a stylish coworking space with a friendly community and ideal location, THRIVE is the way to go!

This awesome place is ALL about community!! 🥳 Always a warm welcome, fun snacks/drinks, a cool coffee machine (Vendi Bean☕️) & everything is so intentionally + artistically decorated.. 5/5 stars & full recommendation to anyone who owns a small business, or just needs a solid spot to work! 🎉 ((..also, Thrive is walking distance from ALL the amazing food that Downtown Duluth offers!🤩))

Fantastic looking space with great amenities (more on that later). The private office was perfect for my growing business as I wanted to be in the heart of downtown Duluth. The common areas and restrooms are always very clean.
Okay, to the amenities… they have multiple refrigerators stocked with drinks and bubbly waters. The espresso/coffee machine provides great/quick barista inspired drinks. A quick tangent: I stayed at this place in Kauai that had ice cold fruit/mint essence water waiting on you at the entrance of the resort, and honestly I looked forward to it every time I came or went from the property - Thrive has this every day and it is delightful!
Last but certainly not least is Grayson, the property manager. She is absolutely lovely and greets you every time she sees you. Overall, every member of the Thrive staff has been super easy to work with and quickly provides answers or solutions to any of your needs or concerns. This is a great option for a small business or a professional looking for a co-working solution.

Our team does quarterly away from office strategy meetings, and we have utilized/enjoyed a couple of different of Thrive locations for booking single day conference rooms. The new Duluth location has a great layout and lots of restaurants nearby if you need to get out of the office for a break.
The community manager Grayson provided a great experience, she asked several times if we needed anything or would engage in conversation as we took breaks.
We will definitely be using Thrive Duluth again.
