What exactly is THRIVE Marketplace?
It’s a member-powered platform designed to showcase your business in two ways:

What do I need to provide for the paid Marketplace ad?
Just a few essentials:

How much does the digital ad subscription cost?
Just $45 per month, billed on a subscription basis. You can cancel or pause anytime with advance notice.
How long will my ad run?
Your ad will run continuously for the duration of your subscription, with updates available monthly if needed.
Where will my ad be displayed?
Your ad will rotate on all TV screens at THRIVE locations—including conference rooms, lounges, cafés, and shared spaces. It will be visible to both members and guests.
What if another member is in the same industry?
We limit ads to 2 per general industry per location at a time. However, if your business offers a distinct service within a shared category (e.g., business coach vs. health coach), both may be accepted. We review each on a case-by-case basis to ensure variety and value for the community.
Can I update my ad or promo?
Yes! You can submit updates each month—like a new photo, promo, or QR code—before the monthly cutoff.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, but we ask for at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
What is the free member directory and how do I use it?
Every THRIVE member can set up a free business profile in the member app portal. It includes your contact info, business description, and a profile image so other members can discover and connect with you through the app—no upgrade required.
Who sees my business ad?
Everyone in the space! Your ad is visible to THRIVE members, meeting room guests, and visitors across all common areas in participating locations.
