Parking & directions
In the Parkside District. Street parking surrounds the building, with a small lot directly behind THRIVE. A paid lot down the street offers monthly memberships.

Your community manager will share the password when you join.
Printing: Printer on the first floor near the front entrance, follow the instructions on the printer.
Kitchen & coffee
Large kitchen with booth and bench seating, multiple coffee dispensers (fresh daily), THRIVE mugs and dishware, snack baskets, two fridges with drinks (plus beer for happy hours), two dishwashers, an ice machine, and a microwave.
Mail & packages
You have a secure, professional mailing address here, and we handle outgoing mail and shipping pickups. Check with your community manager about sending and picking up mail and packages.
Building access
Your community manager sets up your secure building access when you join, so you can come and go 24/7. Please don't prop open auto-locking doors, and follow standard after-hours safety precautions.
