GETTING TO KNOW THE APP

 

OVERVIEW

There are so many new features that are coming to THRIVE in the coming months and we are excited to begin offering them! As you know, our goal is to help make the every day extraordinary. In an effort do do so, we are switching to a new management platform. This means the following:

New App

New Member Portal

New Meeting Room Booking & Credit System

This move will be simple on your end. You will receive a welcome email at some point that will introduce you the new website and app. Download the app within that email or at the link below and select the button to activate your account and set up your login information. Feel free to flesh out your member profile as you see fit.

One incredible feature is you are now able to access and manager your information on both your phone and your desktop! Find out more information below:

Then input your information to your comfort level. We do ask that you provide a phone number so we may call you if we run into any issues.

SETTING UP THE PAYMENT

The most important bit will be how you set up billing. We are asking that you set up your credit card payment information as soon as possible to make your first payment go smoothly.

Unfortunately, payment information will not automatically transfer from our previous system to the new one so you will need to set this up within your new member portal. Below are some instructions to help with this process:

While editing your profile, on the left you’ll find a list of settings. 

Please select ‘Billing’ to view payment options.

The process for setting up your credit card should look familiar.

Scroll until you see the below box. Then continue to fill in the appropriate information needed.

Click ‘Update Payment Details’ to finish up

When you have finished this simple process, email your Community Manager so we can make sure everything is properly set up for you on our end.
