Multiple refrigerators stocked with drinks, a great espresso machine, and Grayson the property manager is absolutely lovely. A great option for a small business or professional.

The community manager Grayson provided a great experience. We will definitely be using Thrive Duluth again.

THRIVE COWORKING is the best place if you are looking for office space and/or a place to work outside your house. The staff is helpful, professional and fun. They host one breakfast, a lunch and a happy hour a month, plus it is all you can drink coffee. People are nice and the place is clean. My company has been here for several years now, and I’ve really enjoyed being part of the community. The folks here are friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, and they do a great job making sure their members are taken care of. Clay has always been great to work with. He’s very personable, communicates well, and is always willing to help out or accommodate us when we need something. That goes a long way when it comes to quality of life in a workspace! Our company has two offices at the Thrive in Cumming. We are currently on our second year and I absolutely love the atmosphere and location. I cannot say enough good things about Natalie, Marissa and the staff! They are always amazing and make themselves available to help all the tenants at their location. It has been such a great experience that we recently began renting a third office at the Thrive in Gainesville as well. An open (hot) desk lets you use any available seat whenever you come in, great for flexible schedules. A dedicated desk is a specific desk reserved just for you, so you can leave a monitor and settle in. Both include full access to amenities and the community.

Is there a long-term contract?
