Enterprise as a force for good
Founded in 2015, THRIVE Coworking grew from a simple belief: that a business built around generosity and genuine community can do more good — and create more true prosperity — than one built around profit alone.
Today THRIVE and its 501(c)(3) sister organization, THRIVE Initiative, work as one — pairing design-forward, 24/7 workspaces with member events, local merchant partnerships, and a round-up giving app that turns everyday work into everyday generosity.

I recently visited Thrive Coworking, and I absolutely loved it! The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, creating an environment that's both peaceful and inspiring. Perfect for getting focused work done. Highly recommend if you're looking for a flexible and welcoming workspace!
Fantastic looking space with great amenities. The private office was perfect for my growing business in the heart of downtown Duluth. Multiple refrigerators stocked with drinks, a great espresso machine, and Grayson the property manager is absolutely lovely. A great option for a small business or professional.
This is a fantastic place to work! The space is modern, elegant, and has a great atmosphere. Right in the heart of Duluth's downtown, with plenty of restaurants nearby. If you're looking for a stylish coworking space with a friendly community and ideal location, THRIVE is the way to go!

The community manager Grayson provided a great experience. We will definitely be using Thrive Duluth again.
