As our Snellville Community Manager, you'll be the face and spirit of the location, in a position to truly make a difference in the lives of every person who walks through the door.

What you'll do
Membership management
- Plan and support member events, including monthly breakfasts, lunches, and happy hours
- Lead all member on-boarding and off-boarding
- Manage mail services
- Oversee membership billing and the communication platform
Sales and reporting
- Conduct onsite tours for prospective office and coworking members
- Follow up with leads and record all activity
- Meet monthly financial goals
Leadership and team
- Manage location staff
- Collaborate with marketing on events and newsletters
Building operations and facilities
- Oversee maintenance
- Ensure the space is clean and well-kept
- Track and order supplies
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree
- Hospitality or customer service experience
- Experience planning and prioritizing work: time management, task organization, and goal setting
- Experience coaching at any level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
