THRIVE Sets the Standard for Hybrid, Flexible Work Resources

ATLANTA, June 22, 2022 – THRIVE | Coworking, a flexible workspace solution with a
commitment to philanthropy and community involvement, today announced the acquisition of
Cova, a thoughtfully designed coworking space housed in The Gravity Project. Located in the
heart of the creative district, the new site in Franklinton, OH, is at 480 Broad St., just west of
downtown Columbus. Franklinton is a developing urban creative district with historic
landmarks, galleries, public art and museums, and is also in close proximity to The Ohio State
University.

“We’re thrilled to build on what Cova has created in Franklinton and take it to the next level,”
said Founder and CEO of THRIVE, Ramon Gonzalez. “It’s a really fantastic neighborhood with a
really great energy, and we can’t wait to be a part of it. THRIVE is all about community and
inspiration.”

THRIVE | Franklinton offers a variety of memberships, with open spaces, private offices and
conference rooms designed for small businesses, entrepreneurs, remote workers, freelancers
and students. It features more than 7,000 square feet of newly built workspace with tons of
natural light, lots of greenery, clean design and rotating local artist spotlight. There are regularly
scheduled member breakfasts, lunches and happy hours, embracing the area’s craft-beer and
coffee-shop scene, as well as can’t-miss events and outings. Onsite parking is available and
public transportation is nearby.

THRIVE’s purpose-driven coworking space is designed for anyone looking for a new way to work
— where you can be connected, not alone, in a professional, inspiring, collaborative and fun
atmosphere. THRIVE also works with companies to create the hybrid work locations they need,
exactly where they want them — with all the amenities, convenience and culture employees
love baked right in. And like the other THRIVE locations, THRIVE |Franklinton is located in a
vibrant, walkable neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants.

THRIVE also plans to drive local business by partnering with neighborhood retailers who offer
discounts on dining and services to coworking members, as well as anyone who participates in
THRIVE | Initiative, the company’s 501(c)(3) micro-donation platform. The THRIVE | Initiative
app rounds up credit or debit card purchases to the nearest dollar amount and lets users
donate the difference directly to the local charity of their choice. It is expected to be available
this year.
