Pulpy old genre books — detective/western/sci-fi paperbacks from the ’60s and ’70s (like Elmore Leonard and Philip K. Dick). And playing Fortnite with my coworkers Gabe, Brandon and Luke.

I would say attentiveness tops the list.

Flexibility in negotiation.
