Lead Qualification Specialist

We are seeking a personable, positive and enthusiastic new team member to facilitate phone calls and chat messages for all THRIVE locations. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position from 9am to 5pm.
You will train under our sales and location teams to learn location-specific information and sales pricing and listings. You will promptly handle all calls and chats, answering questions, directing and transferring calls as needed, and providing a ridiculously personal experience for callers. The position is based in Alpharetta, GA, with the potential to travel to other THRIVE locations to cover community managers as needed.
This position is a key role in our company since you may be the first interaction a person has with THRIVE. Friendly and courteous customer service is a must at all times. Candidates with customer service experience and answering phones for multiple locations are preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous sales or marketing experience
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, Office RND)
- Experience With Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attitude for learning and assimilation of technical knowledge
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team player
- Motivated, self-starter Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methods
- Cultivate initial engagement with prospects to generate qualified leads for sales
- Enter prospects into automated marketing campaigns when appropriate
- Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively routed, tracked and monitored
- Provide timely reporting on all inbound channels monitored and communication with sales or community manager follow up

As both an investor and partner, 33 Degrees is helping to accelerate THRIVE’s purpose-driven coworking space for freelancers, entrepreneurs and employees of both large and small businesses, combining design-forward style and thoughtful amenities in walkable neighborhoods from a few places in Georgia and up to 500 locations throughout the United States and Canada.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental and vision benefits per the then-current annual benefit plans in effect, starting on the first day of the month following one month of employment.
- 401(k) per the then-current plan in effect, after 30 days of employment
- $70.00 monthly phone allowance (paid in the first check of each month)
Paid Time Off:
You will be eligible for the following paid time off:
- 2 weeks of vacation per calendar year, per the Company’s paid time off policy
- 3 paid personal days per calendar year, per the Company’s paid time off policy
- 3 sick days per calendar year, per the Company’s paid time off policy
- Paid holidays, per the annual paid time off policy
